The only punishment that makes me believe that Michael really is dead, is a torture to death punishment.

But as I've said, Conrad Murray isn't a real name, a false name can't be judged, a false name can't be confirmed guilty/(death in Michael Joe Jackson's case)

Michael's actor will walk innoncent out from the court, and this thing doesn't start before some weeks..

even if michael is dead, he is not going to jail. the case is really weak. anesthesia intoxication happens all the time and no one goes to jail because of it.

This doctor showed gross negligence.  I can't agree that this case is weak.  It is quite different from any other I have ever heard about.  If Michael is indeed dead from this asshole who was on the premises at the time and not monitoring Michael and beating him to death breaking his damn ribs trying to perform cpr for crying out loud, and neglecting to  dial 911 in a timely manner..he is a straight up murderer.

I agree.  And was Murray even licensed to prescribe or administer drugs in California?  That should be, at the very least, enough for them to suspend his license.  I don't understand how he can still be practicing.

Ithought Dr. Murray is struggling with alot of payments like his child support payments and all that good stuff...so how can he afford the BEST LAWYER POSSIBLE?!?!?!?!?!!?...hm maybe someone is helping him, someone with alot of money

One thing I want to point out
Michael did not die of cardiac arrest but respiratory arrest...
In this case CPR is not used because the heart is still beating... A respiratory machine must be used.. yes it does happen in surgery  and they use a respirator for a few hours.
So Why Dr Murray performed CPR.. I have no clue.. was he that dumb? I do not think so..
I am losing hope about Michael being alive but a few facts still bother me

Why waiting to call 911 when seconds are critical
Why TMZ knew Michael's death before UCLA
WHY only ONE picture of Michael in the ambulance? What is the name of this photographer?
Why Joe Jackson smiling with Rev. Jackson after his son passed away?
Why buying 3 caskets from Batesville??
Why Michael filmed his This is It almost all the same day (same red shirt) there was supposed to be 200 hours of footage???

I do hope Michael is alive but we have to keep on focussing on the facts.. a lot of fakes on Twitter people just playing around.. if it is in fact a hoax then nobody will speak... just looking for the slipups and let's see what Murray has to see in court.... How can he afford such a big lawyer when he could not pay child support?

@hoaxornot.  We do not know if it was cardiac arrest or respiratory failure.   The death certificate does not state either and like you said.. why do CPR if his heart is still beating?

From what Dr Murray and TMZ... Michael was not breathing but had a pulse.. that is respiratory arrest which is common with propofol and all medication like valium and the pam family when taken in high quantity... Also which is interesting propofol is used to put you to sleep but not to keep you asleep.. (That is from my friend who is a doctor and using propofol everyday)

Also I would like to add then of course after respiratory arrest comes cardiac arrest... If you stop breathing.. you die.. from cardiac arrest

So.. Propofol puts you to sleep but doesnt keep you asleep.  So what is the point in it?  Confused.

Thats why everyone is confused as why they were administering propofol...It puts you to sleep but you dont get your RIM sleep so you will still be tired when you wake up as if you didnt get rest...And if it were respiratory failure he should have done rescue breathing for Michael...I am 19 with my first aid thingy...so if even I know how to do a Doctor should know when to do rescue breathing or CPR...and if things change where his heart stops as well then you do both...Ugh Even if a 19 year old was there ,who only took a semester of first aid, would be able to do more for Michael than Dr. Murray...paleeeasse how can he still practice if he didnt know the simple basics of first aid care  :roll:  :roll:
