i just got a reply from a lawyer practicing in california asking him the possibilty of starting a negotiation before dr murray would surrender himeself and his reply is

you can always plea bargain with govt so long as government is willing to negotiate

if any lawyer on the forum tend to differ from that statment or would like to add something related to this case , please let us know .
