i wouldn't be so worry  ;) he has always been speaking about medications and addiction... but unfortnately does not seem very real to me, in particular as in this vid (at around 0:52 and then it goes up to around 1:00) he seems like trying very hard not to burst out laughing [youtube:2wdxwvq5]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=48RjrkQYCIA&feature=related[/youtube:2wdxwvq5]

I especially like the part in the first video where he actually slaps his wrist as he says that manslaughter is a "slap on the wrist."

Michael needs to hire better actors.
i mean lawyers of course

An unconvincing performance if ever I saw one. Scorecard 4 out of 10.

He stuttered when they showed him talking on my local news when he was saying it was murder but the fact that the Jackson family & him are going out there causing a scene about Dr. Murray being a murderer worries me. If it was a hoax, wouldn't they just let everyone thing he went to jail? Instead of trying to push murder charges?

If this is a hoax it is an all logical behaviour. And what is so bad about it? Like this, the attention is being put on patients suffering from bad drugtreatments.

If he really is dead (sorry) it would mean doing everything to get justice for Michael AND similar victims.

In the first video he said that he warned MJ; one day he would wake up dead - Isnt that a very strange thing to say ?

Wake up dead?? How do you do that?
Yesterday on TMZ live they said Oxman represents just a part of the Jackson family. They are divided and he represents Joe but not Katherine.
Please look at this vid it's about MJ's former publicist Raymone Bain. I believe her.

1: Brian Oxman: Michael Jackson's Lawyer - That's not true.  Brian Oxman is Joe Jackson's lawyer.

2: Oxman is referring to the Pepsi "accident" causing a burn, a fall from stage causing a broken leg and a cracked virtabrae in relation to RX pain killer meds abuse, yet in the autopsy report no pain killers are listed, only benzodiazepines.

I wouldn't be surprised that he is going with the whole murder thing because many fans are outraged that nothing is happening and are convinced he was murdered. So someone should stand up for that right?
Also this is Oxman right? I don't believe anything from him..

Re: Jackson Attorney: Dr. Murray a Murderer

I think this guy is a shady character.  I think he would say anything on behalf of the Jacksons that they want him to say.  I saw him on a special that they did on E! talking about MJ's life and he addressed the whole incident where MJ dangled blanket over the balcony.  He gave the most stupid reason why MJ did this.  He said that MJ did this because it's like the Lion King where Mufasa holds up Simba to show everyone his baby.  He said it was an African tradition that's why he did it.  That explaination sounded so ignorant to me like all Black folks do that as a tradition. Like in the movie roots.  MJ himself said that he made a bad choice when he did that he was caught up in the moment showing blanket to the fans.  It had nothing to do with no tradition.  I was like is this dude for real?  He just seem like the type of man that would say anything as long as he gets paid.  That's the vibe I get from him.
