Ummm...I'm worried all of a sudden.
February 03, 2010, 06:23:30 PM
I'm watching my local news (Seattle) & they said BREAKING NEWS in a couple of hours Michael Jackson's doctor, Conrad Murray could be facing charges....etc. I know that doesn't mean it's true, they report on what they hear. However, they showed the Jackson Family's lawyer talking about the family's outrage over the charges, saying" what Conrad Murray did was wrong, it was reckless. This is not manslaughter, it's murder." What worries me is, if this is a hoax & Michael is alive, why would the family be angry about the charges & be pushing for murder charges instead? If they are not all in on the hoax, wouldn't they be informed so that they don't cause a scene that could make this hoax a mess? I know they would have their part in the hoax & yeah they have to say or do things to make it seem real, but it seems like they are really outraged over this & it's more than just a "cover up" at this point. Should we be worried, because I definitely am.  :?

I dunno really....I saw a post from a user yesterday, I forgot who, who mentioned that Michael might be waiting for the people who tried to harm him to be arrested/gone, so if this is true, then a longer sentence would make sense...

Well, I think what they meant is that anyone who tried to Harm Michael will have to be Gone (Not sure what that meant. o.o) or arrested or out of the way for Michael to make a comeback. if they aren't, then it still wouldn't be safe for Michael to comeback. So in other words, Michael left because he was in danger, and can't come back until those dangers are gone.

Look, I'll give my opinion of it from the beginning I have the impression that the "investigation" on Michael's case is not serious. Everything is strange, if the doctor and confessed, have the coroner's report and the investigation as closed, that Murray has not been arrested?. I see that for many people the fact that Murray is arrested is evidence that Michael really died, I do not believe everything that is about to happen is scheduled and must have a purpose. Remember that police are under pressure from fans who think that Michael really died (unfortunately most are), and must do something to control this indignation. Look at all the contradictory reports we had yesterday and today.

Now the matter postponed to tomorrow, then wait until tomorrow ... No! is better to wait for tomorrow's news.
Look what I told the media in this part of the world, Summarizing;
Ed Chernoff's lawyer confirmed the presence of Murray in Los Angeles to meet with their lawyers and visiting family, but alos said that contrary to media reports there is no "hearing scheduled for this week".
Boys not get carried away by what the media says, to me this is all a farce. If prison for Murray, will be false, Michael would never let someone go to prison unjustly and do not be surprised if everything changes again. ;)

If the doc gets any sort of custodial sentence I have vowed to run down my street butt-naked!!!!!!

That's how confident I am that nothing will come of this.  I'm not worried.

Yeah, I'm not too worried anymore. Now he is negotiating his surrender. Just another delay in the arrest of Dr. Murray.  :roll: Since when does law enforcement & the DA allow someone to negotiate & decide when they want to be arrested? They can't arrest him yet, so they are putting stories out there so they can delay it as long as they need to.

I'm surprised that TMZ, now this report of the death of Brittany Murphy, who died for prescription drugs, and death of Casey Johnson (who is not), media work .. well block a scandal with another.  ;)

Brittany Murphy's death was preventable (which it probably was) & Casey Johnson's was due to neglect? Yet, Michael's was pointing to that too, but it isn't a big enough scandal to have any real time spent on the investigation & no arrests or charges made yet?  :roll: Them switching to talk about Brittany Murphy AND Casey Johnson all of a sudden, is just TMZ changing the subject because everything they report in relation to MJ seems to be untrue. lol. Like I said compare this to the Anna Nicole case, she died of an overdose of prescription drugs given to her by Howard K. Stern. The big news channels, fox, CNN were all over it for months. They found out Howard K. Stern was guilty & started a trial against him in which he was found GUILTY. Yet, Conrad Murray is allowed to go back to work, wander free for months & decide when he wants to surrender himself? His bail is set at only $25,000? For manslaughter? It's looking like he'll turn himself, they'll arrest him & he'll post bail & be a free man AGAIN. There probably won't even be a trial, just a quick court appearance where he posts the bail & prosecution is said not to be able to prove any negligence & that will be it. & the only people reporting this case is TMZ?! wth?  CNN only mentioned it in a scroll on the bottom of the screen & I haven't seen anything anywhere else. This is nonsense :roll:

Can someone who knows more about American law explain to me why Murray would need to "negotiate" his surrender?  Sounds rather stupid in my logical mind being that MJ was in his personal care when he "died" and Murray admitted to administering propofol.

If I've learned one thing from this hoax, and trust me I've learned a lot, it's that local and national news stations get all their celebrity news from TMZ. Can't trust the media.
