I wonder if the fact that the LA District Attorney is running for the office of California Attorney General has anything to do with the Conrad Murray screw up?

Somebody prioritizing their political butt over justice for Michael????

If he is running for CA Attorney General then you'd think he would try to do everything by the book and without flaw. Neither can be said of this fiasco.

Exactly...the DA has proved that:

 he is NOT A TEAM PLAYER
 wastes taxpayer money despite knowledge that CA state is bankrupt
  alienated law enforcement
 permanently poisoned future dialogue with the LAPD
  unable to multi task
 not a leader, enjoys being led
 not a manager, enjoys being managed
 allows prisoners to dictate the terms of engagement

Yess, Sir!

In high profile cases it might be better to be on the safe side, i.e. involving top level  authorities  (the gouvernor himself knew MJ pretty well). Oh my, I am excited ....
