Yes he was thin but I don't think he was that skinny. During the Thriller era and Dangerous era he was that thin. Let's not forget he is dancer and he was rehearsing. It's normal for a dancer to loose weight. I don't know one single dancer who is not loosing weight when he is dancing or rehearsing. Michael was a in good shape. In TII, we saw a MJ in good shape. If he wasn't in good shape, no way he will able to dance like that!!! I know what I'm talking about I'm a dancer too and to dance u need to be in a good shape.

By the way, when you are skinny it doesn't mean u are sick or in a bad shape. I have a friend who is skinnier than Michael (we can almost see the shape of her bones) and she is in better shape than me :)

MJ told fans himself that was caught on tape that he was upset about 50 concerts and that he was one man and that he would need to put on some weight.  the footage is now gone!  AEG took it down!  He was not healthy...he WAS too thin and he said so himself...Now all there is is written transcript of what he said on the net.

being that thin at 20 is different than being that thin at 50!  Even THINNER at 50, especially before he was a nice healthy 32 inch waist during dangerous.  If he was that small in TII, how is he going to have room to loose weight from all the shows he was going to do?

Sorry but to dance like he was dancing in TII he was healthy!!!!!!! You need a lot of energy to dance the way he was dancing.
yeah yeah he said he was too thin but this not come from his mouth! This came from the followers mouth. I don't have any respect about these followers sorry.

Well it's your opinion and u won't change mine. I'm a dancer too and I know u need a lot of energy to dance. I lost a lot of weight while I was dancing. So no way Michael was in bad shape.

Oh God... I just said my opinion and no one and nothing will change it. I know what I saw too. About KO who was force feeding Michael, when Michael was dancing and working on something he was forgetting to eat because he was too much into it. I still think Michael was healthy. Like I said I'm a dancer too and I know dancing make loose weight a lot. I don't know one single dancer who is not thin while he is rehearsing.
About the oxygen tanks, to me it doesn't mean MJ was not healthy because Celine Dion use it too. I think it help her to sing better or something like that (it's not from a tabloid it's from her own mouth). About the trainer, it's not he wasn't able to lift 2 pound weight, it's because he didn't want to lift big weight because he didn't want big arms, that's all.

dancing with Lupus as well?  He was in the midst of a flair up, he put off so many rehersals and only did them when they physically came to his house and escorted him to them.  MJ is quoted as saying he could never tour again and that it would kill him (health reasons)...looks like it did.

Yes u can dance with Lupus. He had discoid lupus. It's not a kind of lupus u can die from. It's just attacking the skin.

He was in the midst of a flair up, he put off so many rehersals and only did them when they physically came to his house and escorted him to them.

This rumor came from Karen Faye and TINI. So I will take it with a grain of salt, or I really doubt about it. But he wasn't at the rehearsals all the time. He was rehearsing at home.

MJ is quoted as saying he could never tour again and that it would kill him (health reasons)...looks like it did.

Do you have a video about it? I doubt a tour will kill him even for health reasons. From what I heard it was just another dumb rumor about him. I never heard it from his mouth.

Michael Jackson had Systemic Lupus Erythematosus.  It has been wrongly reported that it was discoid due to reports that lesions were found on his head after the pepsi burn.  Systemic Lupus also has the mylar rash (seen in 80's photos of himself), lesions, vitaligo and hair loss with the added benefits of joint pain and organ damage...in his case, his lungs.  If you believe the autopsy report, it mirrors these symptoms of systemic lupus, in bold...
http://http://www.emedicinehealth.com/lupus_systemic_lupus_erythematosus/page3_em.htm
Lungs: More than 50% of people with lupus have some sort of lung disease. Inflammation of the lining of the lung (pleurisy) is the most common problem. This can lead to chest pain and shortness of breath and can be confused with blood clots in the lung or lung infection (pneumonia). Collections of water in the space between the lung and the chest wall occur as well (called pleural effusions). Pneumonia can occur in lupus patients who are taking immunosuppressive medications.
•Skin and hair: The skin is involved in more than 90% of people with lupus. Lupus skin disease is also referred to as cutaneous lupus. Skin symptoms are more common in whites than in African Americans. While the classic lupus rash is a redness on the cheeks (malar blush) often brought on by sun exposure, many different types of rashes can be seen in SLE. Discoid lupus with the red skin patches on the skin and scaliness is a special characteristic rash that can lead to scarring. It usually occurs on the face and scalp and can lead to loss of scalp hair (alopecia). It is more common in African Americans with lupus. Occasionally, discoid lupus can occur as an isolated skin condition without systemic disease. Hair loss can occur with flares of SLE even without skin rashes in the scalp. In this situation, the hair regrows after the flare is treated. Hair loss can also occur with immunosuppressive medications.

My dad is a size 28 and he's 64. He's healthy. He's always been thin. Though MJ did lose weight, I chose to believe in the TII that he was healthy and fine... Im not sure about doing 50 shows, but as they said it wasn't like the shows were going to be one right after the other.

As for the pins in the pants, it's obvious that they were hemming them for height, not because he had no ass (and yah, he was thin) you can see in that video that the pants were way too long and elephant skinned around his feet and ankles. My cousin is a tailor and I have seen her pin pants above the ass exactly in this photo.

oh really?  This is what he said BEFORE he decided to change his story.  Look at  4:20....he starts to say 20 years ago... I think he was going to say the weights would be nothing for MJ....  Wonder why he decided to change his story later?  Maybe AEG got to him?  I'm not talking out of my a@#.

MJ doesn't have systemic lupus, he has DISCOID lupus. The doctor who confirmed that was right. If it was systemic lupus, he would have reach the age of 30- 36 years old. About his lungs it could be a bronchitis but anyway it was stated that the autopsy reports were both false. Vitiligo is not a symptom of lupus.

So please let's not start rumor ok? There is enough of the tabloid trash...

yes, I always pin my bum when my hem is to long...as well as all along the outside of my thigh too, just like the picture.(they are pinning the bum to take up extra fabric from lack of bum tissue and taking in the thigh due to decreased mass from the first time they measured him)  It's obvious from these two pictures these pants were too big.  I guess he lost a little since they first measured him....the pants you are talking about, that are too long, are the mock ups, they make the costumes first out of a muslin fabric.  Once the fit is right, they use the muslin as a patern, take it apart and use it to cut on the real fabric...that is why they are all white cotton.  The pants that are pinned in the bum are the finished product...the shiny pants.

28 inch waist?  Yeh, lets go sign him up for 50 freakin shows!

Now, hold up a minute.  My son has a 28 inch waist and he's in excellent health. My son is about the same height and is thin but that's because of his profession which is very physical. He's always been thin and so has Michael.  Look at some of his early pictures before the Pepsi commercial.  He was very thin at that time too. By the way - where did the picture come from?

I don't quote followers!  I saw that footage myself and I made a video about it!  Did you know he had oxygen tanks off stage that he used often?  Show me in TII one rehearsal of a dance number that he completes all the way through?  They are bits and pieces put together from various days!  Kenny Ortega said himself he was force feeding MJ, cutting his chicken and feeding it to him.  It is one thing to dance in bursts, it's the SUSTAINED energy he needed that he did not have, he didn't have the STAMINA and Mr. Increddible Hulk himself said that (his personal trainer) He said MJ couldn't lift a 2 pound weight!  Forget about weight, where is a man who is NOT sleeping, going to get energy to perform?  How is that healthy?  Here is my video[youtube:zi4wankq]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=H6I1LuwHeSc[/youtube:zi4wankq]

I don't wish to argue as it's possible that you may be right. But I'd like to point out that  there are some sports that have oxygen ready for players too. I believe Kenny said he fed Michael because Michael would forget to eat. Can you give us the link to where Kenny said he needed to "force feed MJ"? I'd be interested to see that myself. Also, the one interview I saw with Lou Ferigno said that at the time Michael "died" he was gaining his strength and was healthy. There seems to be a lot of these people contradicting themselves and we need to be careful not to buy into everything we see or hear but to weigh the evidence before coming to conclusions.  Thank you for this insightful information.

The last time Joe saw MJ was 3 months before he passed. (I believe he said in that video, if not that one then many others) and his chef said in the 3 months she was away, he had lost a lot of weight.  These two things add up and you can make the connection that the major weight loss came off in the months leading up to the concert.  Healthy or not, he didn't have enough body mass to sustain thim thru 50 concert dates at every 3 days (I believe that is what the contract had him doing) and with the required no less than an hour and a half on stage each night!  (again, If I remember what the contract said) plus him saying himself that he would need to put on weight. (that video is no longer available...possibly because he stated he was "very angry" that the shows were turned to 50)

the hem isn't fine... you should only have one crease in perfectly fitted pants...in this photo, there are like, 3-4 creases, they look sh**y. Mj was a perfectionist, and I'm sure he knew about stuff like that. They are fitting the pants to his length...regardless of how thin he was. And they may be adjusting the inseam as well.  if those pants weren't tailored, the crotch would be like, down half his thigh.

yeh, I guess he loved short pants.  I dunno, but I counted a heck of a lot more than one crease in these pants I've posted...I guess they look sh#ty too?

This last picture makes me very uneasy. Is that Thome Thome (or whatever his name is) grabbing MJ?  That's just not right. Does anyone know when that picture was taken?
