Michael Jackson Coroner Report - House of Drugs

What I find strange is if the Coroner's office was in possession of the body until Aug. how did they  have him in the casket at the memorial service in July?

I think they were talking about "parts" of MJ's body that they were doing testing on and didn't release those until Aug.

Question: Did I miss it, or were the discolored fingernails not mentioned in this report.  I would have thought they would be, and a possible cause as to why his nails were discolored.

It still could be someone elses autospy and they just put Michael's name in the appropriate places!!?? What about the famous scar on Michaels cheek...they don't mention that in the report, also why was there a bottle of urine there if he had a catheter in place? Then on the toxicology report, with all the different drugs he supposedly taken on that night, why weren't they all found in the report? I don't know what to think anymore  I do know that BOW finally slipped up big time because she said last night that Murray would NOT be charged today!!

On this drawings they just marked 2 scars on the backhead, one on the left side and one on the right side..but also they marked a little spot in the middle...but I can't read what is written there, so I don't know if this is Pepsi-Burn-scar. And his lungs....it's described like he was a hell-big smoker...his bronchitis or something...I really think that this is not Michael Jackson they were talkin about in this report

I am refering to the section that says in Aug. someone took hair from the body to check for drug use in the hair folicles.  That would require it be taken from the body.

and they said that he identified the man as a black male.now i dont know if mike was totally white now and there were no evidence of vitiligo on his skin,but if there were they should have said that is "a black male,with his skin white because of the vitiligo".
or if he was totally white how did they knew he was a black male?just because he was michael jackson and they knew he was black when he was little?
im curious if they identified the body after the authopsy or before.i cant remember seeing this there.

and they said that he identified the man as a black male.now i dont know if mike was totally white now and there were no evidence of vitiligo on his skin,but if there were they should have said that is "a black male,with his skin white because of the vitiligo".

I'm sure there are a lot of signs of race except color. It can be the shape of the head, ears, teeth, anything. Sone nations are indentified by the inner lines of ears. If you are not specialist you won't say that, but they know how.

All of our reports are public unless there is a Security Hold placed on the case.  Once charges are filed the case is a matter of public record.

All of our reports are public unless there is a Security Hold placed on the case.  Once charges are filed the case is a matter of public record.

Are Autopsy Reports Public Record?

Yes. The Supreme Court of Pennsylvania ruled in January 2009 that "[w]e now hold expressly that autopsy reports are “official records and papers”" under the Coronor's Act. Therefore, autopsy reports are available under the RTK Law.

Crapola.  That blows my theory right out of the water.  Quite frankly, I find that disturbing.  Seems like something that should be kept private.  :|

This appears to apply to all states, but I just read something interesting.  In California, an autopsy is not to be made public if it is from a suspected homicide.  Correct me if I'm wrong, but Murray hasn't been fully charged yet, has he?  No sentence has been made, he has not gone to prison, therefor the charges are not complete??

I couldn't read anymore of the report-- it felt intrusive. That's not a slam against anyone else who has or who will read it. It just felt that way for me. Maybe I'll read more of it at a later date-- I don't know...

I was holding on, hoping that Michael is hiding somewhere, but what I did read of the report (I read it on The Smoking Gun), seems too detailed to be fake. As the evidence seems to mount that Michael has passed from this life into the next, people keep saying that things are fake. I remember the picture where Michael stood in front of the "S" in a still photo from This Is It. In videos, video-makers claimed it was photo-shopped. Later it was concluded that it wasn't photo-shopped. No disrespect to anyone, but after awhile it just all seems like disregarding facts.

Before anyone asked, "Well, why are you still here?", let me answer-- because I want to be. I want to see something that proves me wrong. When it was first announced Michael had died, I first believed he was murdered. I made a chart to follow the money. I came up with some of the same names that others have--Phillip Anschutz, James Weller, Tohme, to name a few-- but then I ran across a hoax video, and I changed directions, changed my way of thinking.

I still hope Michael is alive, but honestly, it doesn't look good. I hope I'm wrong, and I hope he returns with a reason why he disappeared, if in fact he did.
