Forest Lawn Memorial Park interesting!
February 17, 2010, 10:17:33 AM
I've been doing some research, with the Burial Site Locator from another topic called "Burial Site Locator"

I've also done some research at the official Forest Lawn website.

I was a bit shocked that Britanny Murphey was added to the list of "Recently Burried"and Michael isn't. (What a surprise right    ;)  )

I've made some screenshots of it so everyone can see what I'm talking about

I've typed "Michael Ja" and selected "Glendale" as burial place.
Why "Michael Ja"? Cause I thought let's see what results will come up besides "Michael Jackson" As you can see, 3 different types of "Michael Ja" but no "Michael Jackson" is listed.

Now I've tried to search only for "Michael Jackson" This is what it says
"There is no internet data matching the supplied information"

I thougt well maybe I'm just having the wrong burial place right? Cause the Jack5on brothers were going to Hollywood Hills. So I've searched at the Forest Lawn Hollywood Hills website and this is what it says:

It says "Michael Jackson" is not burried at Hollywood Hills but at Glendale.
This is a screenshot from Glendale Forest Lawn:

What? No "Michael Jackson" listed? hmmmz makes you wonder doesn't it?

They do give information about private burial places but they don't say it's for whatever reason it could be why they didn't put Michael's Name on their website OR Burial Site Locator this is what they say at their Glendale page:

Quote
Worse, many of the stars' tombs here at Forest Lawn Glendale are private or semi-private. Some, such as Bogart's and Pickford's, are hidden away in private gardens, behind locked walls, with no possible entry for the public.

Now here are screenshots of my search with the Forest Lawn Burial Site Locator at Hollywood Hills (Since the Jack5on brothers were visiting Hollywood Hills)

(Michael Ja search)

(Michael Jackson search)

I've done it the same way as above at Glendale. First I've searched on "Michael Ja" then "Michael Jackson". Surprise! No search results for "Michael Jackson"

What should we think about this ?  You tell me mister Jackson![/b]

I did the same search on Forest Lawn website. And the same information showed up. 'There is no internet data matching the supplied information.' I showed my mother who is a non-believer even she had to admit that's strange.

I did the same thing a few weeks ago, and got shocked. Good to see you bring this up.

I searched at both the memorial places named Forest Lawn.. And got these two sites.
-Then I thought.. Maybe Michael isn't there because they want privacy, and hide it.. Or just "forgot" like TMZ.

MJ owns a tomb, as a memorial place for fans until he is back.. So, therefore I think they have not put MJ's name on the site. Because he isn't buried, but only owns a tomb ;)

Hi guys- thought the funeral was September not July? Wasn't the memorial at Staples early in July?

I think you're referencing the private family one that was done before they went to Staples Center for the public memorial.  The one in September was for other relatives and close friends, I think...

Good job on the research of these websites. Very interesting. I hope his name never appears - its much more hopeful. Please don't email them and ask. We don't want them putting his name on there just to please us :)

Exactly, forgot to add his name just like at the Grammy's  :P
