I just got Warning from Souza for my opinion on Jermaine.
I assume Souza is from Germany, and not sure if they have freedom of speech, but in USA we do have that freedom. That makes me sick. She has always done this to many people who use their brains. Here:

Not wanting to crush any icecubes here but watching our words is the least we can do in a public forum.
We are - most of the times - nice people in here.
There is no need to go out of order in our expressions.

Freedom of speech does not mean freedom of street language, freedom of humiliating, freedom of dirty expressions.
We have minors on this forum, this is a public forum and by signing in everybody has accepted the rules of this forum. These rules are referring to a minimum understanding of respect and dignity. Besides there are common sense rules and matters of illegal actions - even under freedom of speech aspects.

We sometimes read statements "as if certain persons really would have done this or that" followed by examples. This is not freedom of personal opinion, this is public accusal which may be considered in mild cases as damaging somebody's reputation and in strong cases as public defamation and false allegation.
One may be sued for this because this is a crime.

With regards to all these aspects, the warning you received has substantial value.
You should not complain but thank the admins for warning you first.
There is no need to put the blame on others. Dare looking in the mirror of what you actually said and did. Check the web for what risk you are running.

The international aspect you may easily skip out of the picture.
Especially the web knows international law - there is no America and no Europe separated in there. Same principles apply everywhere.

We have come a long way, ladies.
This is not the right time to give up and ruin the forum.

Venus7 - I am sorry for your difficulties on this site.  Michael has always pushed the message of looking at the man in the mirror. I know it's difficult but if you've done that and can still say there is no reason for the warning, fine. But, sometimes you seem overly critical or defensive. I think you have thought provoking comments and questions. I appreciate what you have to offer here as you don't just accept everything that is said. It's my hope you are able to move past this and continue searching for answers like the rest of us. It's not healthy to hold a grudge. Blessings on your day.

Venus7, I used basically the same term "media w****" to describe David Gest on the old closed forum and was not reprimanded on it. They were also deemed to be a stricter forum. I used the term with affection and humor and the connotations are not necessarily sexual as you will see from the link. According to the "Urban Dictionary" (I know it's not Collin's or Roget's Thesaurus) the primary definition is psychological and the secondary meaning can be sexual.You are not allowed to view links. Just based on some common principles. We all are not 100% perfect and the fairest thing we can do is to say: "I am sorry" or "I didn't know". And then it's over. For all persons.

yes, I know...last time I was in Germany was 7 years ago, so not sure what is going on over there, only my german friends tell me that unemployment sky rocketed over there, that's all. But very beautiful country, although I liked it way more before they united with Eastern Germany.

well maybe its best not to use bad words then.  Ofcourse there is freedom here, and everyone is allowed an oppinion. But  a better use of words might be good.

And anyway.. a belive she is dutch and not german... but it doesnt matter since both are european  countries  and therefor have freedom of speach. (i dont understand americans who think that they are the only ones who are "free")
