Really - I guess everyone is friends in Hollywood. I wonder if that was for business or pleasure...

I'm proud to be a child of God and a member of MJ's Army of L.O.V.E.

I'm thinking business since at the end Tom hands Frank a manila envelope with some papers in it?

This seems highly staged to me....if indeed, TM had something to give FD, why didn't he just bring it into the restaurant when he came in to meet him? Clearly they knew the paps were filming, right? I think it was done to show that there is something brewing in Michael's Inner Circle (although I am still confused about FD and if he was someone Michael trusted at the end)...clearly TM could be trusted...he turned out to be Michael's guardian angel in a way...anyway, if there is nothing going on, why do these two need to be seen together? This isn't the first footage I've seen of TM outside of Madeo....he must know he is being filmed while there....Hmmmmmmmmmm.....just add it to the One More Strange Thing List....

Tilt your head to the left.  It is a face laughing, the "X" represents closed eyes.

Oh I like Mesereau a lot!

How come that he is laughing like that? How come that everyone seems to have the fun of their lives?

It made me smile ...

"He deserves a fair trial but convict him". Is this American justice we are talking about here? I know Thomas Mesereau is not involved in the case as he says but to condemn someone especially in public before they've had a fair trial?

From the evidence provided by Murray himself, he is guilty of some elementary errors in practice and in judgement. I agree with Mesereau, and i don't think Murray has a chance because he cannot reasonably explain all those errors and occurrences. The autopsy report, especially the anaesthetist's summary, indicating the level of propofol in his body is particularly damaging. How do you wriggle out of that?

What happened to the principle of Presumption of Innocence? Innocent until proven guilty in a court of law usually beyond a reasonable doubt.

I agree with that absolutely. But the evidence and scientific analysis is also absolutely against him. Bad behaviour is bad behaviour. A layperson could see what Murray did was wrong, but yes, in a trial situation you should always hear the evidence first and that is what they will do. I think Mes is just frustrated at this guy's incompetence and resistance to take responsibility and punishment for what he did. CM by all accounts is a callous and cynical man IMO.

Oh I forgot. CM deliberately tried to cover up what he gave to MJ. He lied to fellow medics. He has not been able to give a straight and coherent account of what happened that day yet. A doctor should never lie in a situation like this, and he has lost his credibility.

QuirkyDiana, I see what you're saying, "Conrad The Incompetent Murray" should be very worried for his future. My ealier point was directed more at Thomas Mesereau for what he said in public. I agree with freedom of speech but at the same time, here in the UK we have a law called Sub Judice where it prevents someone be it media or lawyers from discussing a case which is ongoing. This law is to not prejudice the jurors thinking before they hear/see all the evidence. I realize this is happening "stateside" so different rules are applicable.

True, i'm in the UK. Perhaps what i meant to say was that i agree with Mes's sentiments but him being who he is, he probably shouldn't have said it publicly.

Who says this was being staged? why can't two people with a connection to Michael Jackson have dinner? The Paps are always going to be there, they are both some what celebrities due to their connection with Michael.Just becuase Michael's"gone " doesn't meant his associates can't continue to associate with each other.
