The pic is really very nice, you should deffo finish it and show us the finised product i wanna c what it looks like in the end, did you just draw MJ from your imagination or did you copy from another picture?

you did well with his eyes. looks like you're experimenting with the post-impressionism style, because i see your brush strokes are thick and rough. you just need to control the pressure of your hand while painting the delicate part of his face such as his nose lines and lips, they seem too rough. but it's a very good start. well done and keep it up!!
