yes it does look ontop of the buried alive coffin look at the shape of the crown and the tip it does resemble IMHO

Well since Michael and David Blaine seemed to have mutual admiration for each other it is possible that some things are a tribute to Michael.  However all of the other things on there are stunts or illusions that David Blaine has done in the past so I don't think it really means anything concerning the hoax.  JMO

In the Criss Angel pic it's not mj eyes it's just his own eyes. Just look at his sites you'll see.
