The Slipup-list.

  • on: December 03, 2009, 05:51:11 PM
I thought Id try and post a list of all the slip-ups made in the media by people who knew Michael. These are not the exact quotes but if Im totally wrong then please correct me.

If you know any slipups then please post every single one that you've found either on audio, video or text on the internet by the people who knew him.

Dancer from TII on Holland talkshow, talks about Michael in present tense. The host asks him why he is speaking of MJ in present tense as if he is not really dead and the dancer replies saying: ''But he isnt dead, not for me. I can feel him, in the life experiences I now have. I can still feel he is there for me''.

Benjamin the paparazzi, whilst interviewed on norweigan TV he was asked how much he made for the last photo taken of MJ, he replied ''Chris me and the other people that were there that day and the other day and uh..'' looking very uncomfortable and embarrased. Ive seen this guy in other interviews and most times he is often arrogant and confident.

LaToya, after the memorial at Staple Centre the Jackson sisters greet the fans and LaToya talks about Michael in present tense saying ''Thank you for coming and thank you for your support. Michael loves you all so much. His family comes first and his fans come second. He is watching every single one of you and he loves you so much''.

Jermaine at the premiere of TII, on Larry King Live: ''This is it. But this is really not this. This is not the final curtain, no''.

Randy Phillips interviewed through a phone call: ''Michael said thank you for getting me this far, I can take it from here. Whatever happened that morning, I was at the hospital when he arrived but whatever happened that morning certainly wasnt something that he ever thought or planned''.

Arnie Klein, interview LKL: ''He was probably the most talented actor...''

Why do they need to bring lightman (unfinished ?) to the staplecentre if the concerts are in Londen ?.
They had to do the rehearsels there anyway. "Hope to fininsh the Lightman someday ???? for WHO ;)  And yes the man said "taken to the hospital" in a way that makes me think mmmm........ you can see and hear he is looking for words to put it wright.
Nice clip by the way altough it makes me wonder why they put this one on the site. Just for marketing reasons ??? or something else ???

i don´t remember the name but the guy who sais at the premier of this is it about a conversation on the phone with kenny that day: "don´t believe anything you here, i just talk to michael ja... doctor"  ;)

kenny never sais michael death or something like that

Love this topic, love the slip-ups! Her's some good O' Freud stuff from Kenny Ortega (reposted):

1) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=77D8r4ss ... r_embedded
KO on TII, CBS
1:26 -  i noticed how Kenny stumbled but quickly got over it saying the correct word (speaking about the film), i just felt like he wanted to say something else, but my poor knowledge on English just caused me breaking my head: S... scoop, scam...what??? =)
1:30 - the whole editing room thing

2) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8PUgdBcjrlo
KO on TII, CNN
7:13 -  on Michael's passing - "did it have to end this way for Michael Jackson?"
KO: "No, I don't believe it did. And that's something that I'm just going to have to like sort of, you know, work to get through, because I just -- in my own heart and my own mind, I find that this was, you know UNNECESSARY. And... and just sort of leave it at that for right now." Huh?

3) http://www.collider.com/2009/10/31/excl ... vdblu-ray/
KO on TII DVD release
2:45-ish -  he says that there gonna be "good... fat 2-3 hours of additional footage that goes in deeper into the whole development idea... of the plan"! He could have of course been talking about the tour and concerts.... but why not to say so directly....

Quote from: "CC"
here you can see a lot but listen carefully what KO has to say...
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XhEGFOqtfMw

gread vid, thank you! "Cows can fly" - i fell from my chair!

Here is another forgotten classic...

When a paparazzi from X17Online asked Joe Jackson if he has a message for Michaels grieving fans, Joe and the publicist next to him says: "He misses the fans".

Oh really? We miss you too Michael. Alot.  ;)

Frank Dileo on LKL on the day of TII premier

Quote
KING: Frank, what is the most -- what struck you the most about the film? How well did they put it together?

DILEO: They put it together very well. It's very compelling. There's some sad moments, some funny moments. But when you walk out, you feel a little -- you feel bad because you know you lost a great entertainer. But what you get see is real genius in the creation of this whole movie and this whole stage.

He clearly speaks of MJ's genius in relation to the movie (and not concerts) and.... 'this whole STAGE'?

Jacksons on the Larry King Live Show.

KING: Did you always know that he had a problem, Marlon?

MARLON: No. Being a -- you know, with the prescription drugs and the doctor that did those things, no, we did not know that.

KING: Were you surprised when you learned it?

JACKIE: Very surprised to find that out. We -- right away, we tried to comfort him and tried to support him on that. But it was kind of difficult, in truth.

---

When exactly did they find out about the prescription drugs? Before or after he died? Because I thought they all found out after he died so now they would try and comfort and support him? After his death? To me it sounds like Michael is still alive but he is in treatment and they all tried to help him in the best way they could. Jermaine also said ''he is in safekeepings'' and to me that sounds like rehab.

Do think, one of the first slipup were from LMP? i mean in her blog "He Knew" although I doubt it that she had anything to do with the hoax, it simply indicates that michael planned this as far back as 14 years ago.

At some point he paused, he stared at me very intensely and he stated with an almost calm certainty, "I am afraid that I am going to end up like him, the way he did."

A predicted ending by him, by loved ones and by me, but what I didn't predict was how much it was going to hurt when it finally happened.

And let's not forget Janet's latest slip up in an interview:

"She finally opens up when pressed about her tribute performance at the MTV Video Music Awards in September. “It hit me before I was about to do the performance, and it hit me when we were in rehearsal. There was a huge image of him on this screen, and I started to cry. I had to step away.” She saw her brother two days before his death, and for months after avoided watching television, but his image is impossible to escape. “You know, a day doesn’t go by where you don’t think about him,” she says."

I didn't see it posted here, but it sounded like an interesting slipup by Jermaine (again):

He tells U.S. TV host Larry King, "There's no guilt. I don't like the word drugs... There was prescriptions that weren't good for him. I just don't like the word drugs because that's so vague. That's so broad. And there's all kinds - types of drugs. But I'll say that Michael is in safe keepings now... There was nothing that we could do."

I found it on the link below:

Q: How are they coping in the wake of their brother’s death of an accidental overdose on June 25?

A: “It’s a hurting thing, you know,” says Tito. “I think about him constantly, and that I know his spirits are with us, and we pray for him and we miss him dearly.”

Praying for the dead?? Hmm.

That's what i've been saying all along!! I don't think he's in a real rehab facility, but he's definitely somewhere getting rehabilitated. Possibly being treated for his addiction. Probably doing some cleansing, meditating, and soul searching. That would explain why he didn't take the kids. Cause who takes their kids to rehab?;)

She said that in her latest interview with Robin? This reminds me of what Jermaine said: ''he is in safekeepings now''. Safehaven and safekeepings. Hmmm.][/quote]

You feel me!!!....Someone mentioned about the safekeepings somewhere on here and I said the same thing about the safehaven and safekeepings as well... hmmmmm, interesting, huh?!!  :)

1. larry king- well, MICHAEL JACKSON is still dead
2. kenny ortega- he's so much present in the film that you'll forget that he's still dead
3.jermaine's intentional smile lyrics twisting
4. KO congratulated MJ on twitter on his 4 AMAs win

I did laugh on numbers 1 and 2, might be due to wrong use of grammar or they're implying that MJ will soon be alive again  :?

Check out the discrepancies from Marlon about learning of the event on 6-25-09.

Martin: Have you talked to any of your other family members about his death?

Jackson: I've been trying to get a hold of my mom. I talked to Jackie. I talked to Tito. They feel the same way. A piece of our heart -- a piece of us went with him. It was a shock to them, too. I talked to my brother Jackie and he said, "Marlon, is it true?" I said, "I'm calling them right now to see if it's true." That's when I called Frank Dileo and I couldn't get to my mom. I talked to him the first time and he was at the house and my mom was in the background crying, and she was just upset.

He was seen two days after 6-25-09 riding in a suv with Randy, and someone in the backseat.  This article was posted on 6-29-09.  Is he saying he hadn't spoken to his mother yet by then?  And what about him being seen on 6-27-09 with his little bro?

Had we heard the below version before?

"I talked to him the first time and he was at the house and my mom was in the background crying, and she was just upset."

Which house was good 'ole Frank at?  At one time, we heard he was at MJ's house.  So if he was at MJ's house when Marlon talked to him the first time, how could he hear his Mom crying in the backgroud?"  We've never heard that Mom was at MJ's house.

Now if he was at the Encino home, what time did he get there?  We all saw video of Mom arriving alone at the hospital, and we heard stories that Frank was already there when she arrived.  If he was at the Encino home and Marlon heard his Mom in the background, why didn't both he and Mom drive together to the hospital?

Frank says he was told by the nurse that it didn't look good for MJ and that they were waiting for his mother to arrive.

I think it was all planned and rehearsed.  Of course, the best plans can be waylaid if not all parties remember every little detail of their respective parts.  And a lot of this had to happen fast.  All of the cast members can't be expected to get all of their facts straight, and as this website proves, they didn't.

Just wanted to add to the Dileo comments. When he did a video interview a few months ago with another website this is the timeline he gave..note the times closely. He said he was at lunch with a friend and got the phone call about MJ being taken to the hospital at **1130 am**. He left the lunch table (he was at a hotel restaurant), went  to his room to change clothes, had to wait on his car to be brought to him, got lost for a few minutes on the way to MJ's house, and got there "AFTER the ambulance left" so he went to the hospital.
Ok...the 911 call didn't take place til around 12:21 or so..why did he get a phone call at 1130??? He said that he got there AFTER the ambulance left. Which we know was about 1:15. TWO hours to get from the hotel to MJ's house that is reportedly only a handful of miles away from where he was eating? 2 hours?  I guess one could say "he meant to say" 1230 pm but he was pretty clear with the 1130 am call, and with all the other inconsistancies that went on, who knows.  If it was not an actual video interview there would leave room for misquote, etc.. But that's not the case. It came straight from him.

If I remember correctly, did he not also say that the phone call came from "a fan"?? Must be a psychic fan to know the info an hour before it all started to happen with the 911 call.
BTW, this was the same interview that he dodged questions about Tohme Tohme, despite the interviewer asking him about TT, Dileo starting to talk about MURRAY, the interviewer AGAIN saying "no, I said Dr Tohme", Dileo still went onto ramble about Murray. He wasn't gonna touch Tohme's name with a ten foot pole.

According to the transcript of his interview below, it was the Beverly Hilton. He left out the time of the initial phone call in the LKL interview but he was specific about it in the website video interview. He did say "a fan" called him and asked if he knew that an ambulance was in front of MJ's house but he left out the time of "1130" phone call. In this interview he left out the part about going to change clothes and "getting lost" on the way to the house..he said both of those in the website's interview  (in addition to getting the ticket for retrieving his car, waiting on the car)

 http://mjkit.forumotion.net/all-odd-thi ... rank+dileo

DILEO: I was having lunch at the Beverly Hilton. And I got a phone call from a fan who was...
KING: A fan?
DILEO: A fan who said, Frank, do you know there's an ambulance in front of Michael's house?
And I said, no, I don't, but I'm going to look right into it. And I
hung up. I called Michael's assistant. And I said -- his name is
Michael, also.
I said Michael, is there an ambulance at the house?
He said, that's what I heard. He said, I'm on my way. And I said, well,
I'll be there in one second. I went in to get my ticket for the car.
And I called Randi Phillips and said look, you're closer...

Janet’s interview on ABC she mentioned that she was in NEW YORK when she heard the news, but in her Bazaar-interview she said that she was on the set of her movie in Atlanta. Her director Tyler Perry also confirmed it in an interview but I thought she was in London when she heard the news? Slipup anyways.

I guess the saying ''I remember the day like it happened yesterday'' does not imply for the Jackson family, odd.. Since I remember June 25th crystal clear like it happened yesterday, where I was, what I was doing the moment I found out he died. But the Jacksons seem to have been in more places than one.

Me too. I remember that morning really well!. I am surprised that a family member would give 3 different versions of the location i one event as such, the death of your brother.

Some of my family members who died over 8 years ago I also remember like if were yesterday, even the clothes I was wearing!

So Janet told Tyler she was in London? OMG! SO far we have London, Atlanta, and New York! WTF! And if Tyler did state this in a interview we know she told him that! So she was not filming with him! This just gets crazier and crazier doesn't it? I want to know the truth, because out of all the family member slipups this one is a BIG one! Surley Janet remembers where she was. I was on my way home from work when I heard it on my local radio station ..... and the first thing I did (instead of turning on the news on T.V>) I broke out with my laptop and typed in Michael Jackson Death Hoax ;)

She said that in her latest interview with Robin? This reminds me of what Jermaine said: ''he is in safekeepings now''. Safehaven and safekeepings. Hmmm.

[/b]

I was trying to find the post where they talked abou the safekeepings and what it meant in regards to bereavement, funeral, yada, yada!!

I was at home yesterday and decided to look in my dictionary.  It's interesting although someone on the post mentioned what safekeepings meant in regards to God and someone passing on.  Here is another meaning:

Safekeeping: 1.) the act of keeping in safety.; 2.) protection or custody.

haven: 1.) a place of shelter & safety. 2.) Literary: a harbor or port.

Jermaine on the Family Dynasty show on A&E, He said: "I have never been to the O2 arena and I am excited to see it because this is where Michael is doing his shows''.

Speaks of Michael in present tense AGAIN!!!

Im sorry but 6 months after his death, I think they would come to terms with not using present tense in these sentences. My cousin who passed away last year was a singer and proffecional performer too.. If I were to visit one of the stages she used to sing at I would never accidently say ''where she is doing her shows''.

I understand when you have a relative that has passed away and you talk reffering to him like if he was alive.. talk in present tense.. But this little girl? I'm sorry if you have already talked about this video, but I just found it and.. I just can't believe that if he is in fact death, some ppl that weren't to close to him, keep saying things as "he is.." even when the reporter ask you "how WAS he?".
lot of L.O.V.E!

EDIT: :P I posted before to see the end of the video.. at the end the reporter ask if she wants to talk about anything else, and she says "yes, about how great michael was" or something like that.. in the last 1 minute of the interview... maybe i'm crazy, but i wont buy this interview as so many others.

True, but I'd know EXACTLY where I was when I heard my brother had died.
THAT is big news, and  it's not something you'd wonder, "Where was I?" about.

Agreed.. any big news you are bound to remember where you was. I was 14 years old when the planes hit the Twin Towers, I still remember where I was and what my first words were when I saw it on TV. She should remember too, if she was so shocked about his news.

Agreed.. any big news you are bound to remember where you was. I was 14 years old when the planes hit the Twin Towers, I still remember where I was and what my first words were when I saw it on TV. She should remember too, if she was so shocked about his news.

Exactly. I was in class at university when I heard about 9/11.
I even remember being stung by a bee that day.

And she can't remember where she was when her brother died? Please.

MJ didnt have any trouble remembering where he was that day and who told him.  He says he remembers it like it was yesterday too.. just like all us normal people who remember big events.

He also cancelled his concert in memory of Diana.. and he wasnt a relative, only a friend and he grieved.  He grieved for Diana the way we grieve for him.

Today I was just casually strolling down memory lane reviewing older interviews and watched a few from the Movieweb website. You may or may not have seen this interview clip with Mike Bearden, the Musical Director for This Is It . He's known for some suspect slip-ups in the past..and this interview adds some more to his portfolio. On CNN as the Jacksons were talking about their reality show, one of them (I think it was Jermaine) said: "Michael travels a lot"

And, if that counts as a slipup, at the memorial, when Jermaine was singing "Smile", he sung: "Hide any trace of gladness, light up your face with sadness" , he just changed the words... It's what they actually do :)

Has anyone posted this?
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iumkaZm_ ... r_embedded
(I don't know how to embed, sorry!)
It's an interview Kenny gave.

Kenny:  What the dream for "This Is It" was, you know, and so rather than trying to do a "History" film, or or I just simply, you know, just said okay let's, you know, do everything we can to create a mosaic here that tells the story of what we were trying to accoplish as concert production...   we started in march with Michael's announcement and ended the night before...and in with rehearsals..."

Hmm. The night before what, Kenny? Do tell!
I don't know when this interview was or to who, but I'm guessing it was after Michael's disappearance.
So if this interview WAS given after MJ's disappearance, why can't Kenny just say "and ended the night before Michael's death..." ?

I remember where I was and what I was doing when the not guilty verdicts were being read for Michael, I remember the same when the HBO concert in Bucharest was airing and I didn't get to watch because a bad storm in our area knocked our cable out (btw HBO sent me a concert t-shirt and a Dangerous album when I contacted them!)  I remember where I was, what I was doing, even what I was wearing, when any major event happened concerning Michael.  It just seems to me that the ones closest to him are strangely detached and evasive about it all.  No one can give a straight answer when questioned, they just try to change the subject and deflect attention to  something trivial.  I've gone back and watched a lot of the LKL interviews after 6/25/09 and it is clear that a common thread of deception runs through them all.

I too remember exactly , In France we were a little delayed so I've seen the News on Friday 26th at about 13 : 00 h , I was just talking to my parents then I heard Michael Jackson , I turned over to the TV and I saw an ambulance , They said he was reported to be in coma but according to latest news he has just passed away.
I remember my jaw dropping and my eyes going    I couldn't talk I turned my head to my parents and just repeated "But that's Michael Jackson ! That's Michael Jackson ! It cannot be !"
My mother just said " well I know that's michael jackson"
I just repeated " But that's Michael Jackson"
I just couldn't believe it , it was too enormous it made me speechless literally

I also remember my uncle passins in 2002 exactly
And to give you a nice exemple (that dismiss all " they're surely so shocked that they get confused" My grandmother that I loved so much died in August and that I remember everything that happened that day exactly ! How can I forget it she was dear to me , I cannot forget her last on earth and where I was)

So the fact that they can't remember it cannot be explained by "too shocked" "or it's such a long time"
Come on !

Re: The Slipup-list.

I know it's been mentioned, but how about Kenny Ortega's - ''Michael was here a week ago?''  I mean really.  He could have corrected it but chose not to do so.  To some it could have been disrespectful to his family that he screwed up the dates of MJ's passing.  But not if it was meant to be and a part of a bigger picture and hoax.

I think Mo and Souza should always get their props for their Movie Theory, theory, because a movie probably is being made by MJ.  I mean, look at the Memorial.  I've been thinking for a while now that MJ wanted to make this movie while Berry Gordy, Liz Taylor and Quincy Jones were still living.  It is almost like he wanted to give them their props and their true measure as it pertained to what they accomplised in the entertainment industry and how they affected his life.  He wanted them to be a part of HiStory in more ways than one.

He wanted them to be a part of a relic of a film that very well could document soooooooo many people that he has worked with throughout his career, the friends he made, and document all of the works he had done.  Living HISTORY.

Like Mo and Souza wrote about, the Liberian Girl theme has been all throughout this entire case and not just at the funeral.  Quincy Jones wasn't at the Memorial but was at the funeral, et al.

Diana Ross probably didn't want no parts of it.  And evidently she was in on it from the beginning because she did eventually step up and say that - of course, she would adhere to MJ's wishes if his mother wasn't able to take care of the children.  She knew that that would never go down.  There has to be a reason why MJ did what he did.  If this is a movie, then by having TMZ state that the will states that Diana was the second choice to take care of his children after his mother was just something that he just threw out there for people to chew on and wonder about for whatever his reason, because he knew it would bring a rise of some kind from many quarters.  It was probably for that cruel media that treated him so badly.  But he was Bad, for real.  lol

He had Stevie, Lionel at the Memorial to sing, because those were two of the men he knew and loved very well, and he felt that they too should be a part of his story and movie, old ties from Motown.  By now, I think Queen Latifa, Mariah Carey. et al, were asked to speak and sing, because for the most part, they are so-called stars in their respective fields, like in Liberian Girl.  Magic Johnson.  lol  He could have called on so many, and by calling who he did, he had to have his reasons, because to many of us, it didn't make sense.  Not that he called each and every one of them.

If he is documenting his story and it makes sense to him, then the truth will be revealed in his time.  TMZ has always been his mouthpiece if we truly think about it.  He has been filtering things to and through them that he wants to get out, and we all know that some of it is crazy.  lol  But leave it to good old TMZ to keep the story going.  In my estimation, if MJ was truly gone, he wouldn't want that magazine to be his and his family's and children's mouthpiece.  Where is the dignity in that?

It must be a docu/movie.

I'm starting to agree with the movie theory. I think we're all living Liberian Girl II.
It can't be a coincidence that Liberian Girl was the theme of his "funeral".

Exactly - Susie.  I think I'll watch the Memorial later on.  It's been about two months since I watched it.

And how about the J5 Dynasty show showing the clip of Janet being shown to her seat at the late and fake funeral by the costume clad TII dancers.  lol  When I saw it, I couldn't help but remember the youtube videos made by folks showing how weird it all was, and of course the tune popped in me head.  lol

I think their behavior says it all. The ONLY ONE who looks truly grief-stricken is Michael's ex Tatiana.
I wish someone would rip the audio from that and clean up the convos so we can hear what they're saying. I especially want to know what the girl at 5:49 on is saying.

I like Tatiana but why was she here ? She appeared on lot of interviews after TWYMMF , even as later as 2003(Bashir went to interview her)
She like to gossip , she has got out a book and admitted later that she lied about her relationship with Mike in it.
I mean why was she invited ?Even if she talked about Mike a lot on interviews and her myspace ,we didn't hear, see her anywhere near Mike since several years if I'm not mistaken.Have you seen Ola Ray(Thriller) or Iman at the funeral ?
Or maybe I didn't recognize them.
Why Tatiana ?Just because she had a crush over him ?
Well why not invite all the girls that have a crush over him then ?(if we just count the girls in the entertainment industry of course)
(there must be a lot even if it hasn't been talked of right ?)
I don't know , doesn't it seems strange ?

The people wich we didn't know who they were must have been his family or friends, but like you said they weren't known or famous
So I think that Tatiana is a little out of the picture  :D just my opinion and I don't think it's really important after all

How would a fan know where Dileo was, unless it was his cell phone. If so, why would a fan have Dileo's cell number? Makes no sense. Did anyone notice Dileo's nose growing during the interview?   :)

I love this one... Janet can be such a bad actress.

http://www.harpersbazaar.com/magazine/f ... rview-1009

[...] Her brother, of course, shared a love for the same palette. She lights up when she talks about Michael's style. "My brother is, I mean was..." She shifts on the couch and stares at the floor. "You have to forgive me, because it's really hard to believe he's passed. He'd have the same red shirt, the same black pants, the same white T-shirt. Mike was very simple. [...]

The way she's trying to talk her way out of it is so ridiculous. Would you feel the need to excuse yourself like this had your brother just passed? And I don't even wanna imagine her "staring at the floor", so fake. We can only hope Michael's alive, 'cause if he isn't, none of his family members, not even his kids, seem to have genuinely cared about him.

Playing Devils Advocate...  grief can do funny things and it is very common for people to still talk about people who have passed in the present tense.

That might be true, but it's just the way she had to explain it away immediately. Like she'd just realized in that moment: "Oops, it's I'm not allowed to say that! Hee-hee... So... WAS!!" Why would she react like that? I'd totally understand if she'd said she feels more comfortable talking about Michael in the present tense, saying that she likes to do that from time to time, or even all day long, but her reaction was just stupid. Didn't seem genuine and honest to me at all. Just like any of her performances these days, talking about Michael, not shedding a tear, talking as fast as a snail moves, rolling her eyes. It's just so fake. No real emotions. But maybe it's just me.  ;)

Exactly! :D It's not like you find her talking about him in the present tense all the time. But whenever she did it in the past, she did NOT excuse herself. So, this time, to me, it really seemed like it wasn't intended, and she had some sort of oops!-moment.

first off i would like to state Bee Bee your sig is freaking awesome!!!.....Now moving on...I am kinda scared to be judging people in the familys emotions because if Michael Really Was Dead Then We Have Just Made Them Look So Bad And People Deal With Death So Differently... I Would Be In Denial To And Talk In Present Tense ( Like I Am Doing To This Day Because If He Were Really Dead Then We All Are Really In Major Hardcore Denial) I Have Seen Some People Bounce Back Very Strong...In My School We Lost 5 Students In 2 Weeks And One Was My Friend Who Lost There Brother And Another Friend Lost There Sister In The Same Accident...But They Recovered Quickly And Very Strong...Its Like Amazed Me On How They Reacted. Lily Missed 2 Weeks And Cody Only Missed 1 Day Of School And Was Back On His Feet...I Was Very Proud Of Them. People Have Different Methods For Dealing With Death...Lily...Stayed Away For Awhile To Reconcile What Happened And Preferred To Be Alone For A Bit While Cody Went Back To School And Kept His MInd Busy...Just Saying... :D

Thanks for saying that about my sig!
And yes... You're right! People do deal with things differently. But I'm telling you now... When Janet appeared at the BET Awards, I didn't really believe Michael was alive yet. And when I saw her... and just thought about the fact that she'd went there at all... I was so hurt, so incredibly hurt. Because I love Janet. And everything she did just seemed so fake to me. People left comments on YouTube like: "OMG! Poor Janet! She almost cried!" And I'm like WHAT??? I just couldn't believe it.  Her brother died a few days ago and wasn't even cold yet and she appears on TV and she almost cries? Then some of my friends said kinda what you said, that I shouldn't judge her and that I didn't even know her and she might just be stronger than me. Yeah, right. Stronger. Or you might just as well say... less sensitive. Of course people react differently, but people might just as well not care that much for their family members, and I just can't imagine that there is anyone in this world, who has a heart and who claims to have loved someone, who isn't completely heartbroken for quite a while if that person dies. Yeah, you might say they just push it away, maybe some people are able to, but then they certainly don't want to appear on TV and talk about their loss, you know what I mean? I don't think anybody forced them to do this. As for Janet, I couldn't possibly believe that she's cold like that. Michael and her loved each other so much. When I saw Janet there, I saw no real emotions. And that's what makes me so sick. So sick that when I think that Michael might be dead, I don't even think I can stand the Jacksons anymore. I don't know if I'm just weaker than them or whatever people might say, but in my opinion they keep acting sad, when they don't genuinely seem to care. And their behavior is one of the main reasons I can't believe Michael's dead. Paris' speech too, she was NOT crying, there wasn't a single tear on her face, I just couldn't believe it. This is not normal. Just not normal... You know what I mean? I can't believe it. If I'm forced to believe that Michael's dead one day, I... I feel terrible for saying that, but I don't know what to think of Janet anymore. But I don't believe it. And we also know from her movies that Janet is a better actress than that. :D

GERALDO: Whats the big plan, whats the big picture at this stage in life, what has been left unachieved? What would you like to do?

MICHAEL: Um.. There are alot of surprises. Um.. Film. I love film.

GERALDO: What else?

MICHAEL: Well, its not so much so film but its innovating it. And pioneering it. Taking the medium to a new place.

GERALDO: You're not talking about music videos now?

MICHAEL: No, no. Because I used the music video medium as a short film medium um to take me to the next level and Im.. Im having alot of fun, you know.

I just have to say something. It's true that different people react differently to the death of someone close to them, but it's not normal that no one, I repeat NO ONE, in MJ's big family seemed to care at all about his death. I didn't see one tear from brothers, sisters, parents, close friends and not even his own kids. And it saddens me that if he really is dead all his family just moved on in one day and started cashing his life and death all over again.

I agree with you and let me explain it just a little bit why. When I saw Janet on BET she says this is just one sentence:

Janet on BET:

"To you Michael is an icon. To us Michael is family. And he will forever live in all of our hearts"

Memorial Programm (booklet):

"To the world Michael is an icon. To me Michael is family. He will forever live in all of our hearts. I miss you Mike and I love you" Dunk=JANET

HM???? Seem she has to learn her text and repeated it as an actor...isn´t it strage?

Here is the link to memorial booklet: Browse images: The Michael Jackson Memorial Program | RadarOnline.com

Janet seemed to point out more that Michael is their family and not our family. I noticed LaToya did this also after the memorial service, she said ''He is watching all of you, family comes first and fans come second''. They seem to want to address that Michaels privacy and family is more important right now than the spotlight. Hence why he would be in hiding from the world. Thats how I understood it. And dont forget what Joe and his publicist said: ''He loves the fans, he absolutely loves the fans and he misses them''. I think family is important right now but I do believe he misses us. One more thing, remember what LaToya wrote in the memorial booklet? ''I cant wait to see you perform again on earth''.

I agree with you beebee.  Good observations.  Also to don'tbelievethehype, when you talked about Latoya's memorial remark, I thought about the Jehovah's Witness belief that they will live on the earth instead of heaven in the afterlife.  Maybe that's what she was referring to, Michael performing on earth again.  I always thought that was the reason he was so interested in preserving our planet.

I also believe that all of those things they said about Michael being on earth again and stuff just have to do with them being very religious. But I also think that they would be incredibly stupid if they never thought that this might be extremely confusing to the public. After all, not everybody believes in what they do. In fact, very few people do. However... I don't think they're that stupid, and I very much believe this confusion is intended, for whatever reason. :D

Them talking about Michael in the present tense might as well just have the same reason, but that makes Janet excusing herself like this, ALL OF A SUDDEN, even weirder.

If Michael really is dead then maybe they feel they dont have to alter their religion just so we wont get confused...afterall Michael is their family and we are just the fans. At a time like this ( IF he really is gone) they can do whatever it is the believe because it wont be about what we think anymore it would be about them and how they see it. And IF he is dead they were atleast nice enough to invite us to the memorial to see and pay tribute to, so they can have open or closed whichev way. IF he really is gone they might have had closed casket because of his mother was so heartbroken and she probably wouldnt be able to take sitting right in front of her babies open casket for a couple hours like that just seeing him there dead. I just saying that those make sense to me...in their defense...you need to try and open your eyes and try to see not just our view on things..but also how the family are seeing things. His whole life was in the spotlight, maybe they didnt want to see his open casket in the spot light to...maybe they are saying RIP from his official time of death. PEACE
I said IF so please dont bash me...  :)

Of course they can believe whatever they want to believe, but the thing is that they're making it public, not a private business. Like La Toya telling the fans he's watching them, etc. :D They certainly would have to sit down every now and then and think what kinda ish they're telling the public and how we might conceive that. I mean, seriously. Not everybody believes in this. I think they want the confusion. "I'm alive and I'm here forever." Aye.

And as for the open casket, you know, for their private ceremony, they reportedly had an open casket. ;)

They're fooling us, in my humble opinion.

Really? Hmm, now that you said it. I don't know, really. I only remember reports about "the family" or "family members" being there. I just thought if they can attend the memorial, they can attend the private ceremony as well. If it was me, I'd rather say no-no to the memorial. Well, I would've. But of course you have a point about seeing the body and stuff. *sighs*

A couple of slip ups on this clip,

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yVt8ERRalRI&feature=sub
At 1.14 Michael Bearden says " We were working everyday for the last 5 days of,5months of his life"

I dont recall Mrs. Katherine Jackson or Joe going to the private ceremony :?  I though they wanted to remember him as when he were alive and didnt wanna see his body  :?  interesting

*sighs*
Sorry, Just trying to view both sides of things because people only want to see it from OUR point of view...but back to more investigating  :D  Good Luck to you :)

I'm thinking out of the Box again, Soon i will need to go back to my padded cell...
But i am wondering if these slip ups are planned?
How many times have we heard them say that "The King Of Pop" has died, and not mention him by name, has Mike, The Jackson's "Killed off" The King Of Pop and that is why they are talking of 'Michael Jackson' in present tense, but 'Michael Jackson King Of Pop' in past tense?

It seems to me that a lot of Michaels friends and family have a problem, Their tongues start rolling before they put their brains into gear.

Also at : 1:03-1:13  He says: "Uhh you have to understand, we were, we were, MJ and I and Kenny Ortega are wonderfull director, and Travis Payne  uhh  choreographer, a societe , producer of this film"  lol? :?

(He actually shakes his head during this Travis Payne part like "Oh sh*t I screwed up"     )

Poor man, look how nervous he is sitting there, hoping not to slip up and eventually slip up most of the time...I feel sorry for him

And listen to he says:
Uhhh it's complete devastating
I still don't really believe it
(Like he practiced a lot to make it sound like he was really hurt or something All I'm looking for now is his "speech paper" lol  )

Rememer this: when someone lies, the make a habbit of touching the nose (pinnochio), look away  a LOT, act a little nervous etc. so...Mike Bearden....got some explaining to do?

Hands in her pocket, nervous fiddling, then trying to keep still, not daring to look at the audience. Bingo.    I told ya.

But I do have to say that, of course, people can also show signs of anxiety, because they just fear talking in front of an audience or talking about a very uncomfortable topic. Talking about having lost someone is uncomfortable enough. Still, I consider all of their body languages very, very suspicious.

i think those were two different interviews. i dont think judith remembers where she was or what she was doing when she got the news. and that seems to be a pattern for just about everyone associated with michael including his family. which is a good thing because that gives us all the more reason to beLIEve.

Can someone please try to explain to me what's the exact difference between the words PAIN and PAINS?
I've read so much about that, but still don't know it (couldn't find pains in my dictionary either).
It seems so importent.
I'll go to sleep now (it's very late here) and hope to know the answer tomorrow ....  :P

It's not that there's that much of a difference between the two words, but fact is that there's no known recording of Michael ever saying "pains" instead of "pain". So, with him "saying" that at the memorial... people thought it might be a clue, that Michael might've actually spoken this for the memorial.  :)

I found another interesting thing.

Here in Germany was the "Semper Opernball" in Dresden, Eastgermany. LaToya was there because Michael was honored with another award for his charitythings.

She talked about him as a human being. It was a wonderful speech. And at the end she said something like
" I think, Michael is watching everyone of us, he's smiling right now..." or something like that

Here's the video....just ignore this awful german translator  :D

Me too, I was wondering about the meaning. Now, my german dictionary says :
to be at pains to do something=to make great effort to do something
to take pains over something=to be in great effort with something

So I decided for me that pains in the song means something like:in my great effort .And then two sentences further: in the promise of another tomorrrow, I´ll never let you part.

Anybody else who gets more out of this?

@ KIRSCHE

it is very nice, but then when she says "he is smiling at us, this is so much what he wants" , there comes this fairy tale feeling over me, almost surrealistic. I do not doubt that she feels connected to Michael`s spirit and wants to express love and respect, but this definately got me hesitating in a positive way :D

Back to the slip up list; I think this one is one!

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jGHWLI0491Y

Watch from 06.30 till 06.50, at 06.41 it happens

Jermaine says: ..and the type of person that he was and still..( he realises and puts his finger on his mouth)..uh,well always will/would be..

Maybe he still feels very much in touch with MJ and therefore speaks as if he still IS, but the fact that he moves his finger to his mouth confirms his awareness of saying something he shouldn`t .

Also, I find this interview interesting regarding the political issue, blaming the US government very obviously and supporting islam and the gulf countries on this arabian broadcaster.

To me that means nothing, still always will be. That can be taken so many ways. Like I said in another forum, you can take any event and analyze the crap out of every single statement made and take it out of context like I have seen done on here so many times and make it sound like what you want to believe.

I agree with you there are to many information taken out of  context. A lot of things are not good analyzed and are not based on facts. It sucks sometimes and misleads people so badly. I do not like how information are sometimes switched.

How about when they announced on the news that MJ just died and he was cremated? Then, later on, they changed their story at the memorial saying that they could not show his face because it was badly damaged from CPR? That's a pretty serious slip up or goof up. LOL.

Or it's just the media being themselves as usual, saying one thing one minute and then another thing the next minute. It would be interesting however to know who told them this, family members? Then it's questionable...

I was told the exact same thing from someone on YT, ok not the most reliable source but it freaked me out. So I made a post about it here on the forum and people brought me down on earth again  :P This person said that his/her friend worked at the UCLA and that he did the toe tagging on Michael but then people here on the forum made it clear that they don't use toetags anymore, at least not at UCLA! So that's quite a giveaway. These people must of heard about the "autopsy" report and based their stories on that. Although in the back of my mind I'm worrying that it could be true    I guess since we're not certain about anything it's difficult to just shake things off...

We can only hope Michael's alive, 'cause if he isn't, none of his family members, not even his kids, seem to have genuinely cared about him.
i saw the interview when it aired on TV at that moment i

Another slip up to add:

Karen Faye stated on her facebook that a mortician told her personally that MJ body weighed 109 pounds.

In the autopsy it states 136 pounds.

WOW NINANINA! That is a super great found of yours!

There is so much in what Jermaine says, not only the "airport" slip up. :D  :D  :D  :D  :D
This really made my day.

So, I feel even more convinced now that his life was being threatened, that a murder was to expect and that he is alive and quite ok now. Look how Jermaine wants to give us confidence and how he smiles and still stays mysterious. Like as if we should keep the faith, THank YOU FOR ALWAYS BEING SUCH A GOOD INVESTIGATOR, I like your contributions!!

KO say the  same, exactly the same! in an interview some time ago... i don´t think is a slip up but: or he say it with the meaning that he was really with them in that room or he say it metaphorically, just catch my attention that he uses the exact same words... :?

http://abcnews.go.com/GMA/

I just watched the videos with the 3 bodyguards on ABC.com.  There is one named "Little Janet"  One of the bodyguards says soemthing like:  When Janet's movie"Why did I get married"came out  he went like HUH? He didn't know, how close can you be when you don't even know your little sisters movie came out today.

NOw, as I recall, Janet was still filming this movie in Atlanta when the news of Michael's hospitalizaton broke.  When exactly did they tell him the movie came out?

This is a major clue for me.

You are right.  After thinking about what an "obvious" clue that would be, I realized that it might not have been a clue after all.  I did some checking and found out that there was a "Why did I get married" that came out in 2007.  Sorry, I got excited over nothing.

Still, it does kinda give us a hint that Michael and Janet weren't as close as we thought they were.

Hi There! I do not know what to say. Forgive me as my English is not good.  I am very very sad, still very sad about Michael's death.  I went thru a lot just to know what my heart wants for him.  Or God wants him to be.  I have been using much of my time since his 'passing' to find hope of his well-being coz I really want him to be alive.  My friends do not believe me and cannot understand my profound sadness.  They asked me what would I gain out of this (the time of wanting to know him being alive)?  He is Michael Jackson & u are just a fan.  Ultimately, even he's alive, he has to live his life.  Their point is I have to live my life till fullest.  Take one day at a time.  I understand their concerns and points.  However, I really do not understand what I want from MJ to be alived.  I can admit MJ has indeed touches my life througout my life at certain point of my own struggles and difficulties.  I feel very connected to him thru his songs & music & everything.  I know how one feels to get addicted to presciption drugs.  I had quitted my presciption drugs and then after MJ "died", I thought I could handle it by joing the Hoax discussions or even viewing all the MJ is alive theories, I was wrong, I got hit when I questioned the persons who made the vids, I was teased by my own friends and family member that they are thinking I am real nuts/crazy, I cannot talk to any of my friend, if even I talked abt MJ too much, they laughed in their heart and I know it.  All of that was okay.  Until I tried to talk to MJ in This is it web-page, I shared with him and just recently I shared with him I saw him in the Jackson 5 Dynasty, I thought just share.  When friends asked me where and now it had been removed, I cannot say I have passed message to TII feedback, I am not sure whether it was MJ or his management removed him, from that originally to be 9 mins clip reduced to 7mins plus clip.  I went back to TII and feedback again,  I felt very betrayed. I never betray him and I shared here because it is hoax page--it is relevant.  Then, I relapsed.  I took 3 heavy-duty sleeping pills to get high.  Then, I got hooked again.  I was so high and I went back to TII and I wrote something to MJ and then the next day I wrote to him and apologized because I really forget what I did, I have a vague memory but I am not sure when I woke up.  I want my life back.  A drug-free life.  I wanna MJ to know ur fans though many, please treasure each of them.  I do not expect u to know my whole life.  I do want my life back.  I love MJ.  I do not understand why u have to do this.

@Rabbitmj
I understand pain, I DO.Many people in here do. And MANY understand your pain relating to your connection with Micheal Jackson. But, taking pills, forgetting things you are have posting on other forums, and your patten of lost and frantic writing is beyond what someone can just share with strangers. It's hard to get the attention you need in a forum. PLEASE PLEASE FIND SOMEONE to speak too. IF YOUR FAMILY or Friends Don't hear you Find Someone who will. Insist on a life without PILLS numbing your pain. Pill one, two, three may not, BUT PILL FOUR will most likely kill you. They don't get you high, they take you down very very low into a FOREVER SLUMBER. There are to many other ways to cope! PLEASE find hope and help. USE Michael as a guide to what is pure and good in life. YOU want your life back??? TAKE IT!!!

Ok, on to the forum thread. This list is really good. I had not caught many of them before this. And, if you place them in  context of when, where, and who it really does paint a clearer picture of people who ARE NOT good at keeping secrets.
Some people are exceptional liars, but can not keep from telling Just Someone about something oh so GOOOOODDDD-for the life of them. Imagine what could be oh so goooood. LOL. (thanks for your work on this guys!)

The MAJOR thing that caught my attention and MADE me a true believer in the death hoax was the difference between PAIN and PAINS at the memorial! If that wasnt a dead giveaway then idk what it is! Not to mention Marlons speech, of all the memories that he has of Michael, why did he choose to tell a story about Michael in a disguise!!!!

All these slip-ups make you think...think as in get your head buzzing with possible explanations. They (the slip-ups) are too many to be coincidental. They all seem to be all sorts of hints and these hints even have a pattern to them. What I make out of is something like this: it's a hoax, he's alive, possibly recovering, or not? the family knows and they're playing along, but a whole bunch of other people must know, too. Actually that's what makes me wonder: how do you make sure that none of them won't screw up and tell the "truth"? That's worrying me a bit. Some of the slip-ups are so ridiculous that they actually can't be accidental, some of them seem on purpose: to convey a message. I just fu*king hope they're not playing with us...but then there are certain things in the TII that add up to the whole hoax thing and that's why I don't believe there's someone else behind all this (it must be Mike). In that case he's a genius in so many ways it's almost impossible to even imagine! I want to share this with you: the moment I learned about his "death" I went into hystery not knowing what's happening without being able to think clearly and all that, I'm sure you all know it...BUT point is, my Mum, who's not a real fan, she just likes his music..so she was able to be kind of on top of things and the first thing she said when she saw the news was: THAT CAN'T BE REAL! Btw, she used to be a nurse working at the cardio unit and she said it's unthinkable that the whole emergency resuscitation CPR bs would go like that. She said either it's a set-up or I don't believe this is possible! I mean clearly we didn't think of the option him being alive. YET. So when I told her abt our theory here she went like: that makes much more sense, yeah. And I should also tell you that both me and my Mum are lawyers and we really apply logic to everything and so later we came to the conclusion that only the option that he's ALIVE and faked his death actually makes sense, according to all the very suspicous circumstances. And also, it's nonsense that Katherine wouldn't want to see her son for the last time!!! I didn't believe that for a second!
Well...just some thoughts I wanted to share...I still have some doubts about certain things but let's keep the faith and spread the word. L.O.V.E.

I don't really think that these slip ups are accidential...They do this on purpose, as you said. These are hints, covered in Slip-ups, IMO

You can even see them smiling sometimes when they "slip up"

Maybe Jermaine said this is not the final curtain call because of the Michael Jackson Cirque de Soleil event coming up whereby they are going to create a hollogram of Michael so it actually looks like he appears on stage in concert.  Who knows?

Hey I thought about a few things when I was explaining to some of my family members and friends about Michael faking his own death I remembered Karen Faye, Michael Bush and Dennis Tompkins in an interview saying that they prepared Michael for his funeral.  They dressed him and put on his makeup and it took nine (9) hours and then Latoya saying how beautiful Michael looked in the casket,  but I recalled the reason why they had a closed casket was because of Michael's face and nose collapsing or part of his face collasping because of all the surgeries.  Ok getting to the point why would you take all that time to dress and make up someone who is not even going to be seen.  If Michael's face was in that state and having a closed casket and no viewing why then go through all of that in the first place when no one is going to see you anyway.  But then LMP and others talk about having a private viewing which means that Michael's casket was opened for viewing at some point and if its a private viewing how come there are photos of LMP standing by the casket that was shown on Oprah last week during her interview.  First you say his face was in such bad shape that you couldnt have a public viewing but yet you make him up for 9 hours and he looked so beautiful like an angel but then you have a closed casket funeral I just dont get that at all.  Mix up, Mix up.  :?:  :?:

No one ever said his nose/face collapsed because of surgeries. (!!!). The familly declared his face got scars/was damaged because of the CPR. If any person who needs a CPR and then survives would end up with his face damaged by it...  This for me sounded highly absurd.
