Well Michael said it himself, he is pretty nocturnal, so the time it was posted doesn't really surprise me. But if it is Michael...why would he say "the pains of regret are often unbearable." What's that supposed to mean? What's there to regret and feel pain for?

It just occurred to me... I bet he's talking about digging up Michael's body. Eliza Presley made a similar comment on her Facebook right after the latest Probate Lawyer blog suggested that the court may order the exhumation of Vernon. I don't remember what she said but it was something along the lines of "forgive me Father, this was not what I wanted". I just checked her Facebook hoping to paste the entry here but it's since been deleted. Weird. Anyway, the one reminds me of the other.

Whoever it is, Michael or CM, can regret about something that others chose for them. May be he's thinking he could've said no to them, but he didn't, that's why he's regretting?! This person can really be Michael, after all the account was reported by TMZ you know. There are many fake accounts of everyone surrounding this, no one was reported by TMZ, only this CM account, whose talking to his "fans". It's quite obvious who this person could be.

Maybe CM is talking about the role (path) MJ chose for him and now he regrets it. Conrad has loyal patients who support him, so maybe he regrets giving it up and living in a lie.

OR he did administer the lethal dose of Propofol and regrets that he didn't change his mind and bring his dying patient back...

To me quite it's quite clear it means that sometimes you are driven to do things that other people tell you to do against your deep will and you finish to regret it, you regret to not be able to tell a big NO and be self-confident in what you really want. The pains triggered by this regret is often unbearable because your entire life is in game, your soul, you just can't take it anymore so you decide to do something big to erase this pain, follow the path you want to follow and don't let people tell you what you gotta do anymore...

Thanks. I'm just going to add that I don't think that Michael was told what to do about everything but as you stated maybe some choices in his life he would have prefered to not take advise and do it his own way.
