I don't know how much I buy into the doubles theory but, I've always been especially suspicious about this live performance of Blood on the Dance Floor:

Or those following tours were done in conjunction with doubles.  I for sure see doubles during the HIStory tour.

NOOOOO!! J-just tell me this: Does the REAL him wear the gold pants even once, dammit?! Does he?!

Never wonder why he did Bad live, then with Dangerous less songs were performed live, and during HIStory hardly any songs were performed live..?  And no, it's not because singing live and dancing at the same time is too much, as he did that before.  Madonna does it, Tina Turner does it, many artists perform highly active and sing live at the same time.

Michael did do it on his anniversary concerts so it's odd that he could do it then but not during those two tours. I guess you could argue though that the concerts weren't as many shows as the tours. I don't know. I just found that news tidbit to be interesting. You can even argue that wasn't him at the anniversary concert. At this point, who knows what's what anymore.

Yeah I don't think that's him. And I always thought MJ in that actual video for that song was questionable. I could be wrong. I can't help but wonder though.

Record labels encourage tours to coincide with new releases. Some suggest that the real money-maker isn't the new release's sales but the concert touring. I wonder how MJ presented his desire to stop touring to the record label. Surely they had to be against the idea of a hot property such as MJ abandoning the concert stage. Does anyone know?

This Blood on the dance floor is strange. I don't know if he did not like the song, or if he hadn't been sleeping for a week,or if there was a technical problem with performing but his moves are strange. I mean, it seems he lost his "mojo" backstage
The moves are not sticking to the music, it has nothing to express. we just have the feeling that he is bored, waiting for the song to be over. I'm not talking about his face, which is strange from time to time, but on stage, there could be make up problem, I don't know. But it is the strange show.

And if it was Michael, sorry man, this one was not really good !

Wow! I've never heard that even though I know that he never liked touring!

I know it's slightly off topic but I absolutely love this video! He's sooo adorable when he's just Michael!

If he really needed the money, like the media claimed he was broke and in debt, I don't think he would have a choice but to tour and get more money.
I read that MJ was raising money for the The Heal the World foundation. That's why he did the Dangerous Tour. He had to cancel the rest of the Dangerous tour because this was the time the Jordie Chandler child molestation came out. He went to rehab for a few months because he was getting addicted to the painkillers. The HIStory tour was the birth of Kingdom International. Pepsi had sponsored MJ's Bad and Dangerous tour, but not HIStory. Also, Pepsi was sponsoring TII tour.

Why not just tell people I'm an alien from Mars? Tell them I eat live chickens and do a voodoo dance at midnight. They'll believe anything you say, because you're a reporter. But if I, Michael Jackson, were to say, "I'm an alien from Mars and I eat live chickens and do a voodoo dance at midnight," people would say, "Oh, man, that Michael Jackson is nuts. He's cracked up. You can't believe a single word that comes out of his mouth."

I'd looked at the video and it didn't seem to be MJ. He keeps hiding his face and turning his back to the audience.  Now I looked at the video of Blood on the Dance Floor in Munich, that was him. Here's the one from Munich

I can never keep up on the discussion of doubles, it drives me bonkers. But I do know that fooling his fans at a live show isn't something he would do, when fans paid to see him.. that doesn't seem right..  :?
