Don't you think the lawyers who have been assigned on their behalf did this? I doubt the children themselves did but someone on their behalf. Good for them for standing up for their rights. However, how did it get leaked to begin with. Hmm...

I don't think this is the case. "Michael Jackson Kids" is the name of a subscriber who reported you.  I don't think the kids have an account there. Check to see if there is a You Tube subscriber under that name.

I believe the children deserve their privacy, but who exactly "leaked" the video in the first place? It had to be someone from the inside...no one else could leak it. :?

Minors certainly CAN claim copyrights.

They also don't need to be viewing YT themselves, nor making claims their themselves to get a video removed. Again...there are lawyers to take care of that sort of thing.

I don't think it was the kids personally as even if they have internet access, are they really going around yanking down videos and pictures of themselves?

I think the kids(as well as the rest of the Jacksons) have legal representatives that do these things for them.
Maybe for the kids they have a copywrited name as "Michael Jackson Kids."

I think it's a subscriber that turned you in. You Tube has become very tough on this.

HEY!! Please don't be mad at me, I wasn't meaning to break into their privacy, a lot of other people had this video and it was sent to me by request by someone who heard Michael in the background, they asked me to make a video and so I did. I didn't think it was that bad though, you could barely see her face because it was dark and all she was doing was riding around on a scooter.

She didn't say anything really except for "Moonwalk" and started going backwards on her scooter, and she said "In your face" at the end. But you heard a very similar laugh and voice in the background.

no, I am not taking about your video but other people vids with the same leaked film. And it is indeed weird, that yours is down and others' are still available :?
