One thing though, why are they JUST NOW discussing the group split from back when they left Motown and signed with Epic? I was side eying them on that part. In over 20 years Jermaine has never once sat down and said look I was hurt when you guys moved on without me? It seemed so fake. Most of the stuff they said we remember from the Jacksons An American Dream movie that Jermaine produced. I am just like in WTF mode. I am so not buying what they're selling!
You're sooo right...I also was like wtf?! Are we supposed to believe that this are his real emotions right there?! It was SO fake and it was well played! An applause for that one!
Seems like he is a good actor and is able to cry when he has to.

^ I agree with the above. Both Jermaines acting, the crying and Jackies odd statement and Tito's sons comment.

JUST BECAUSE YOU READ IT IN THE MAGASINE OR SEE IT ON THE TV-SCREEN DONT MAKE IT FACTUAL.

Seen it.
Didn't like it.
I didn't really hear them talk about Michael at all...

:?   Did anyone catch Marlon saying WORD FOR WORD what he said at the end of the memorial? About MJ being judged and ridiculed and how much pain can someone take......maybe now they will leave you alone???????????? CAN ANYONE SAY SCRIPTED?????!!!!!!!!!!! I also caught his saying "This is it, this is really it" when he is in Africa talking about slave route. LOL  I cannot wait to see how crazy the next episode is. It is supposed to be about the TII premier.

One of my favorite interviews!! I think MJ was saying that he likes Indian culture and that's why they're his people.  :)

I was watching all the repeats yesterday.  In the background of one of the scenes where they are talking to Jermaine in his house.  Behind him is a big portrait of I believe his wife Halima.  In the picture which IMO the camera made it a point to focus on are big, beautiful butterflies.  They look like monarch butterflies.  I hadn't noticed that when I watched previously.   Maybe I'm just reading too much into things.  But it just stuck out to me.

And, of course, the symbolism behind butterflies in general......

Anyone else catch the butterfly picture in Jermaine's house?

I just watched it and am curious...

They kept referring, emphatically, to being on LOCKDOWN.  Then when a clip of next weeks episode, came on.  Again, the announcer stated how they are ON LOCKDOWN!!
O.k. we GET it!  I just have a feeling that it's a "clue" of come sort!

Also, I usually dislike Jermaine and find his "tactics" questionable. However,
I do agree with him in wanting to go with JIMMY JAM/TERRY LEWIS, as opposed to this "other" producer (Mark? whom, I THINK is a LOOSE cannon).  Jermaine seems ADAMANT on NOT going with this guy.  Possibly because Jermaine is in cahoots with
"MICHAEL" and they have a specific "strategy", in place.

I'm getting a "vibe" from Salima (Jermaine's wife), that she's been coerced into being IN on the "HOAX"  She'd HAVE to be, if Jermaine is the ringleader of it (or "second" in command...ie...MJ).   Did you see how after the TII premiere, as they were leaving and someone was aking Jermaine questions, she had a look on her face as if to say....this whole HOAX is getting way out of hand and I have NO choice BUT to follow along.

I think behind-the-scenes, Jermaine may be "controlling" (with her). Much like, his "father" (UNFORTUNATELY). He seems a times, dismissive, when she's trying to make a POINT or show him affection.  IE...dont get LIPSTICK on "me".

What's up with TITO? Is he going through a midlife crisis or WHAT?  He reminds me of that "dirty" old uncle that always gets a little carried away.
I wanted to yell CUT! when he was at that bar, telling his GF to get DRUNK, so he could "do what he DOES"?!!!   Eeeew.
"TITO".....haven't you been listening?  SLOOOOWW DOWWWNNNN!

Jermaine's wife is GORGEOUS. i really just dislike how he treats her though.

i noticed no tears from Tito after he left from the premiere since he was grieving & couldn't understand why michael had to die.

A separate thread was started for this week's show.  (Sorry, I didn't know people were posting here, as well.)  Here's the link for more observations...

does anybody remember the J4 about to make a comback before june 25th? this show is basically implying that they had planned a reunion before Michael "died" i dont remember that

That's what I was thinking.   Basically this show is all about Michael isn't it?  It opens with a song Michael is singing, MIchael is subject of just about every conversation and scene in the show.  Makes you wonder who really is producing the show doesn't it?

There were no tears from Tito regarding leaving the premier, because he didn't go.
He "wasn't ready" to see it yet.
And there were plenty of tears from Tito when he was talking about Michael.
He did use the "died" word too.
