Dancing: you are asking very valid questions, but what makes this story not credible and rather totally unbelievable is the argument that Michael woke up frustrated (how will Murray know that, if he was not in the room at that time) and more importantly why do they add the coca-cola story to all of this - it makes this whole grab-push-kill story totally insane.

If any of this were to be true, then IMO coca-cola totally ruined it all...

To me the whole reason that TMZ is reporting that Michael's eyes were wide open is because he was awake and ALIVE!!!

All in all...this don't make any da*n sense!  :x  It never will. And I don't even think TMZ reviews what they put up before they say it's final. You simply cannot awaken from being heavily sedated!! Just to sedate yourself again!?? Right, TMZ...right.  :roll:

Yes.. the coca cola story was blatant advertising and nothing more.  

Also.. the whole "eyes open" thing also brings more discredit to the ambulance photo as MJs eyes were CLOSED in that photo!

Are people deliberately doing this to upset Michael Jackson fans..  because whichever way you look at this, whether you believe MJ is alive or dead.. this is all very upsetting and confusing for everyone.  I dont know why the media is doing this and i dont know why the justice system is stringing it out for so long, either.  

Its absolutely horrible..  i wish people would either tell the truth or just shut up!   :twisted:

I got you and my first thought was Dave Dave.

Michael couldn't be CM....because of the different height ( remember Conny is very tall)

So Dave Dave was the only one where we saw the eyes..and they were darkbrown, just like Michaels..

I don't believe that! And I don't think he would give himself a shot, why did he ask for a doctor then??? About the shot, a shot is you get one dose if you push once am I right? So I think if he pushed once he immediatly would have been out again, so how could he OD himself like that?
If someone else did it when Murray was out of the room then it had to be an insider working for MJ.
And he had to be very quickly since Murray was just in the other room (bathroom) for a few minutes.
Didn't the Police interrogate all the staff working for MJ at the time?

sorry, English is not my mother tongue, and I am definitely not an expert in old English but look:

The Eyes Have It: in old English: The "Ayes" have it - meaning those who voted Yes have won the vote.
Old English:
Aye = YES;
Nay = No

or in other words:

To gain a victory in a voice vote: The ayes have it.

Yesterday there was this voting posted on TMZ:
"Jackson killed himself: plausible or BS"

ok, there was no "yes" or "no" answer in the voting but still I would assume that "plausible" may stand for "yes" plus "Jackson killed himself" may also have a double meeting - metaphorical meaning - he made himself "dead" by faking his death.

so, what if:
whoever voted plausible (yes), that MJ killed himself (faking) won (is right)

I think we're getting close...first we are told he was dead at scene, flatlined and we saw his eyes shut in ambulance pic and latoya and jermaine said he looked like he was asleep now all these months later we're told what?,,,,his heart started beating again and now we're told his eyes are open....what's coming next
