it's in italian. yes, I know the picture is not much, but the man sitting behind michael in court back in 2004 REALLY LOOKS LIKE CM!!! the video's idea is CM could be michael's old friend or collaborator...

I think it's been debunked. I think it turned out to be one of the bodyguards, sorry.

but the umbrella man or bodyguard is not the one in the picture I posted here!! he has a firm hard-boiled egg face!!! because he is fatter or maybe younger than the man sitting behind michael and jermanie!!! it's not the same person!

Well I think it is definitely CM. The umbrella bodyguard guy is bald. The guy in this picture with Michael and Jermaine is not. I also agree that CM's ears and this guys ears are identical.
