Doesn´t all this sound as an "explanation" to all the hoax questions about it?
The flash, how did he get there...
Is he defending that the pics are true and from faking it accusations, or is he doing damage control of the hoax failures?

I'm not sure. The article goes back to Vanity Fair dated 2nd July 2009 so I think this might have come along even before the claims the pic was fake.

still funny, how he delibaretely describes how they 'took' the photo. he could have just said 'we were lucky to get the shot done'. instead, he describes how the windows were tinted and how they couldn't see anything, like a 'miracle'...he's obviously trying to avoid further questioning by rendering that story upfront...

now that the photo is debunked, i wonder how he's gonna explain why he had to make it...who would benefit from a photo that's obviously not 'recent' mike? if he had died, someone could have provided a picture of the dead man, same with a cover up, they could have went for 'the real deal' instead of having a phtoshop made with mike's face from ca. 10 years ago. especially with that showing up so quickly...elaborate photoshopping does take some time, even for a pro. so that photo was already there before the news, that's my take. plus, there is video footage on youtube showing that none of the paps was in a position to take that shot, if you look at the angle and where the paps are in the vid. and nobody else had a picture but ben evenstad and his company, mike's pap buddy...?

ben also indicates that mike could trust him, that he wasn't out to being derogatory by putting his cam down at times. so here we have a trustworthy photo-pro who was given the chance of a lifetime to turn his small business into a major player. this man will go down in history for this 'shot' and can ask any prices for his pics now...one hand washes the other, as we say in germany...
so: who would benefit from that (apart from the photog), if not mike himself by launching a clue this way, asking his photog buddy for a favor? my first sight at this photo told me there was something 'dead wrong' with it...if that wasn't a major career boost for ben's company, i don't know what... :mrgreen:

i'm wating to see how ben explains the photshop, if someone ever asks him again.  :mrgreen:

The ambulance pic was claimmed to be fake by Oxman much later. Some of us were considering it to be fake from the beginning. Myself I still haven´t make a decision about what to believe.

But the date of the article changes completly this thread. I thought it was now, so there´s no silence broken now. And also in the first interview he gave, he explainned the flash thing. Not as much as here.

well out of curiosity my hubby works for the ambulance service and i have a decent camera so ill ask him to take a photo of the inside of the vehicle through the reflective windows then we can see what the image looks like for real no editing

yeah u r absolutely right , i think he has been paid 1 or 2 millions by mj for doing this favor.. and above all the photos photographed through Polaroid glasses look very dark n unclear n how the hell does this fraud photographer  get such a clear , bright ,young n lively photograph of mj that even a 1st grade kid can say that this one is a fake n photoshopped . mj looks much younger like in 90s .... this is a hoax :lol:
